Today, I’m going to provide you with some amazing content on how to enhance and bring more awareness to your brand. This is a very exciting topic, so let’s jump right into it!

All About Brand Awareness

Welcome back to another Adrian Graphics and Marketing video. I’m Adrian Boysel, and I’m excited to have you back. Today’s video is all about brand awareness. 

If you aren’t familiar with brand awareness, it’s actually the first step in the funnel. That is, where customers start their journey from finding you to working with you. So, if you don’t haven’t perfected that process, this video is going to help you do that.

Brand awareness is about being recognized and being remembered. Those are the 2 major keys.

And how do you do that? Well, I’m going to keep it very simple. I’m going to break it into two parts: visibility and content.

1. Visibility

Visibility can be online and offline. There’s paid traffic, then there’s organic, or free, traffic. Paid traffic is things like Google Pay-Per-Click, Facebook ads, or Google ads. There are many types of paid advertising that can be done online. 

Offline, there are events, conferences, networking groups, and other things. There are a lot of different paid methods you can use to put yourself into communities with like-minded people. It’s so important to connect with people who are interested in what you do.

Then you have the online stuff, which is typically organic and free. Free Facebook groups, free LinkedIn groups, and of course YouTube videos. It’s completely free to upload content to YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram. You might have to pay for an editor or the right equipment, but for the most part, that’s free brand awareness.

2. Content

Now, let’s talk about content. Not only do you need to create content, but you also need to promote that content. 

I want you to focus on being consistent, no matter what you do. Your branding and reputation depend upon your consistency.

Whether it’s paid or free, if you’re not consistent, it’s not going to work. You can’t expect to run a week of Google ads and become a millionaire. It just doesn’t work that way. You have to stay consistent for a long period of time if you want to be recognized.

The human brain needs to see someone 13-15 times before they recognize them. People who watch my YouTube videos once are not going to remember me a year from now. But if they watch 15 videos, the chances of them remembering me are much higher.

One reason I love making videos is that it helps me connect with people easily. I can show my expressions and personality, which is much harder to do in writing.

You want to find the style of content that is natural for you. If you’re an introvert and you don’t want to be on camera, you can write content for Facebook posts, or answer people’s questions inside Facebook groups or LinkedIn groups.

Solve People’s Problems

At the end of the day, solving people’s problems is the most important thing. You have the expertise, knowledge, and power to help solve people’s problems. That’s what people want. 

People don’t want to hear about your features. They want to hear about what’s in it for them and how you’re going to benefit them.

After you create content, you have to promote it. After I make a YouTube video, I post it to LinkedIn, TikTok, etc. You have to get the word out and make sure your content is seen by as many people as possible.

These are the things I want you to understand: visibility and content. You see ads everywhere, right? It’s because those businesses are investing in their brand awareness. And you cannot have successful brand awareness without visibility and content.
